To get the best results, please send your artwork in PSD or PDF format at 300dpi.

Since woven labels are created with threads (not ink), we recommend the following for clean, readable results:

– Avoid very thin lines or tiny text (smaller than 6pt), as they may not appear clearly.

– Bold shapes and solid elements work best.

– If your label will be folded or cut, keep important details at least 2–3mm away from the edge.

– Use up to 8 thread colors to ensure clarity and production efficiency.

To maintain the durability and appearance of your woven label, please follow these care guidelines:

– Washing: Turn the garment inside out before washing. Use cold or lukewarm water with a gentle cycle and mild detergent. Avoid hot water, bleach, or fabric softeners, as they may affect the adhesive strength or fabric quality. Pack.love’s heat-press woven labels are tested to stay secure after 50+ washes.

– Drying: Air dry the garment or tumble dry on low heat. Avoid high heat settings, which may cause the label to shrink or loosen over time.

We’re unable to process replacements or refunds for any claims submitted after 10 days from confirmed delivery.

To ensure we resolve the issue correctly, we may request photos or additional details before reprinting your order.

You will not be required to return the original products unless requested and confirmed by our team.
